This masterpiece features an incredible lineup of legendary Hall of Fame icons: the greatest defenseman of all time Bobby Orr, his prolific Boston Bruins teammate Phil Esposito, and the elegant Jean Ratelle of the New York Rangers. This original 1972-73 O-Pee-Chee release features the beautifully printed orange bilingual back showing the exact assist totals that defined the high-flying style of the era.

Bobby Orr leads this card after capturing an astonishing season output of assists during the 1971-72 campaign—a statline that remains one of the greatest individual achievements in sports history. Coupled with Esposito's incredible passing and Ratelle's stellar playmaking, this card packs immense historical significance into a single vintage item. While this specific copy bears a structural crease, it stands as an affordable filler entry that commands immediate attention from collectors of Bobby Orr and Original Six hockey history looking for a budget-friendly layout option.

Condition Report: A close look reveals that this vintage card has seen heavy handling over the decades. The left-to-right centering remains quite uniform, sitting near 50/50. However, the card features a distinct corner crease running across one of the card points, which heavily affects the structural grading tier. The remaining corners show substantial softening and roundness. The black borders exhibit moderate surface snow and edge chipping, though the bright bilingual orange text on the back remains perfectly readable. [1]
