Add a legendary Hall of Famer to your collection with this gorgeous 1972-73 O-Pee-Chee Alex Delvecchio #26 card. Vintage cards featuring all-time hockey legends carry an enduring appeal that transcends the hobby. Alex Delvecchio is one of the most respected and decorated players in Detroit Red Wings history. Over an incredible 24-year career spent entirely in Motown, "Fats" Delvecchio served as team captain for twelve years and centered the legendary "Production Line" alongside Gordie Howe and Ted Lindsay. A three-time Stanley Cup champion and a multi-time Lady Byng Trophy winner for gentlemanly play, Delvecchio was inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame in 1977. This card features a wonderful shot of the veteran captain in his iconic white and red Detroit uniform, framed by a vibrant green border. The reverse side lists his incredible career statistics and features the classic O-Pee-Chee bilingual biography written in both English and French. Finding clean, uncreased cards of legendary Hall of Famers from this era is a fantastic opportunity for any collector.
