1971 O-Pee-Chee The Partridge Family #14 Going on Tour Series 1

Description

1971 O-Pee-Chee The Partridge Family #14 Going on Tour Series 1 Own a true treasure of vintage non-sport memorabilia with this 1971 O-Pee-Chee The Partridge Family card number 14, titled Going on Tour. This card holds a special place in the hobby as the final card of the highly desirable Series 1 yellow-bordered set. The front captures the full family ensemble standing proudly in front of their iconic touring bus, capturing the essence of the show's musical adventure theme. As the final card in the set, this number was frequently subjected to additional wear from being at the bottom of childhood rubber-banded stacks, making well-preserved examples incredibly rare. O-Pee-Chee cards from Canada are highly coveted for their distinct manufacturing pedigree, offering an elevated tier of scarcity for serious set builders. The back of this card features the completion piece for Puzzle Number 2, making it a critical component for finishing the reverse puzzle matrix. The front image presents spectacular, vivid coloration with minimal surface scuffing. Centering is offset toward the top edge, leaving the text caption nicely spaced at the bottom. The corners show standard vintage softening and modest wear, though they remain structurally sound. The edges are relatively clean with only trace paper fibers showing. The back puzzle panel is in marvelous condition, exhibiting a clean surface with light, uniform cardboard aging and zero severe wax or gum staining. Grade Estimate: VG-EX 4
