- Centering: Excellent centering on both the front and the back. The green inner box on the reverse is perfectly framed, which is often a struggle for these booklets.
- Corners: The top corners remain quite sharp for the grade. The bottom-left corner shows light fuzzing consistent with careful handling over the decades.
- Edges: Features the classic, slightly "rough-cut" edges typical of O-Pee-Chee production in the early '70s.
- Back (Checklist): The O-Pee-Chee bilingual back doubles as a Hockey Booklet Checklist. Critically, this checklist is unmarked, with no pen or pencil marks—a rare find as most kids of the era used them to track their collections.
- EX-MT 6 (Excellent-Mint).
