Description

1970 O-Pee-Chee Most Outstanding Player Checklist #111 Unmarked CFL Card Celebrate the elite legacy of Canadian football with the 1970 O-Pee-Chee Most Outstanding Player Checklist #111. This unique subset card acts as a history lesson, chronicling every winner of the CFL's most prestigious player award from 1953 through 1969. Legendary figures like Russ Jackson of the Ottawa Rough Riders, Hal Patterson, Jackie Parker, and Sam Etcheverry are proudly immortalized on this beautifully formatted ledger. Because it doubles as a subset list, finding this card in an unwritten condition is exceptionally difficult. The dual-language English and French back features a dynamic promotional block inviting young fans to join the "Winners' Circle" and order an inflatable "Soff-Seat" cushion, complete with their favorite team's emblem. This card boasts strong eye appeal, notable for its completely unblemished and unmarked text fields. The yellow and orange color bands on the front remain vibrant without severe fading. The top corners are slightly soft, while the bottom corners show mild blunting typical for vintage card stock. Edges are smooth with minimal chipping. The centering is pushed towards the bottom border but doesn't truncate the layout. The back is nicely centered with clean typography and excellent color preservation on the promotional text.
