Enhance your sports card portfolio with another authentic copy of the 1969-70 O-Pee-Chee Ken Broderick rookie card. This iconic item is an essential piece of vintage hockey memorabilia, highlighting Broderick's rookie season with the Minnesota North Stars. Known for his standout performances on the international stage, Broderick brought elite experience to the NHL after anchoring Canada’s National Team in major global tournaments. This card is a true Canadian treasure, showcasing the distinctive O-Pee-Chee bilingual back that features his player profile and statistics in both English and French. The graphic layout on the front includes the classic hockey stick silhouette framing the goaltender, an aesthetic that defines late-1960s hockey card collecting. Vintage cards from this era are highly sought after by set builders and player collectors alike. Because goalie cards often suffered wear from being flipped or handled by young fans in the 1960s, finding examples without heavy creasing or ink marks is always a victory for collectors. This item represents an affordable way to own an iconic hockey rookie card from an expansion-era NHL icon.

Condition Report: This raw specimen shows typical signs of handling that give it a wonderful vintage character. The corners display noticeable softening and rounding, particularly on the bottom two tips, though they remain structurally intact without major paper loss. The edges show light chipping and minor wear from storage over the decades. The centering favors the top and left sides but frames the striking image of Broderick nicely. Upon close inspection under bright lighting, the card features light surface wrinkles that do not break the paper stock or ruin the eye appeal. The blue reverse side is bright and legible, showing modest aging and a small speck of discoloration but remaining free of heavy staining or pen marks. Based on these observations, we estimate this card to be in VG-EX 4 condition.
