Gordon Labossiere was an elite scorer across the minor leagues before breaking out as a multi-sport talent who chose hockey over professional baseball. This beautiful vintage card features an elegant full-body posing shot of Labossiere leaning on his stick in full Kings gear, making it stand out visually from the standard portrait close-ups in the rest of the set. The bilingual blue back includes a phenomenal cartoon detailing how he was a top baseball player who thankfully chose to grace the ice instead. This card adds great historical depth to any collection focused on multi-sport athletes or original expansion Kings team sets. This full-body portrait card features fantastic eye appeal with vibrant primary coloring. The corners show standard micro-softening but remain visually clean. The edges are uniform with minimal rough chipping from the factory cut. Front centering is slightly shifted to the top-right but presents beautifully inside a binder slot. The reverse side features crisp typography with deep blue printing and shows no major surface creases or folds.
