1993-94 Parkhurst Lorne Gump Worsley #17 Montreal Canadiens (EX-MT 6)

Secure a piece of legendary hockey history with this 1993-94 Parkhurst Lorne "Gump" Worsley retro insert card! This specific card celebrates the historic career of one of hockey’s most beloved and unique personalities. Known affectionately across the sport as "Gump" due to his striking resemblance to the cartoon character Gumperson, Worsley was famously one of the final true goaltenders to play the game without a mask. He put together a storied career featuring four Stanley Cup championships with the Montreal Canadiens and two Vezina Trophy titles. This release acts as a masterful tribute designed to emulate vintage newspaper headlines, featuring a detailed English biographical layout detailing his 1.98 goals-against average and acrobatic saves.

For the dedicated collector, the Condition Report shows minor edge chipping along the black borders, especially noticeable along the upper left and right boundaries. The corners show mild softening but retain their solid framing. The front-to-back centering sits slightly biased toward the right edge. No major creases, deep surface scratches, or print defects are visible under magnification. It remains a fantastic historical piece for any vintage hockey collector.
