1969-70 O-Pee-Chee Ed Giacomin #217 All-Star Second Team New York Rangers (GOOD 2)

This 1969-70 O-Pee-Chee Ed Giacomin #217 is a must-have for Rangers fans and vintage set builders. A true legend of the Broadway Blueshirts, Ed Giacomin helped revitalize hockey in New York during the 1960s and 70s. This card honors his status as one of the NHL's elite, having been named to the 1968-69 Second All-Star Team. Part of the more collectible Series 2, this card includes the classic O-Pee-Chee bilingual back and the colorful "All Star" graphic design. As a Hall of Fame netminder, Giacomin cards remain staples of any serious vintage collection.

Condition Report: This card is graded at a realistic "Good 2" due to significant handling wear. All four corners are heavily rounded, with the bottom-right corner showing some fraying. The centering is poor, shifted significantly toward the top-right border, leaving a very thin margin on those sides. There is noticeable edge chipping and small nicks along the vertical borders. While the surface colors remain decent, there is a visible lack of gloss and light surface scuffing throughout. No major vertical or horizontal creases are present, but the overall softening of the card stock and corner wear place it in this lower-tier condition. The bilingual back is clean of ink but shows significant corner wear and light toning.
Grade Estimate: GOOD 2
