Grant is shown in a classic on-ice pose wearing the beautiful green-and-white North Stars uniform, framed by the tan border and yellow nameplate that define this cherished vintage Canadian issue. Danny Grant is a genuinely accomplished name for collectors to own. The New Brunswick-born left wing burst onto the scene as the NHL's Calder Trophy winner as top rookie in 1969 with Minnesota, and he developed into a consistent goal-scoring threat and iron-man forward, later stringing together one of the longest consecutive-games streaks of his era. That combination of hardware and durability makes his cards a smart target for North Stars team collectors, set builders, and fans of the league's early expansion clubs. This is a true Canadian O-Pee-Chee bilingual back, printed in English and French with the complete NHL career statistics and the signature OPC cartoon, the feature that separates the sought-after O-Pee-Chee version from the Topps counterpart and adds real appeal for Canadian collectors. this example is one of the cleaner cards on the sheet, presenting with only light corner softness, edges that show minimal chipping, and attractive centering that keeps Grant nicely positioned within the border. The magenta background is rich and vivid with strong gloss, and there are no obvious creases or wrinkles cutting through the photo, giving the card excellent eye appeal for its age. The bilingual reverse shows only light toning and remains crisp and fully readable. Because the corners retain slight rounding and the edges display minor handling wear typical of the set, a conservative raw grade estimate places this vibrant single at the Excellent level, an honest evaluation that leaves the buyer room to be delighted with the card in hand. Whether you are chasing the complete 1972-73 OPC set, building a Minnesota North Stars run, or simply love the eye-catching color and Calder-winning pedigree, this Danny Grant is a rewarding and affordable vintage pickup. It ships securely in a penny sleeve and top loader, protected and ready for your binder, your display, or a future professional grading submission whenever you decide to take the next step.
