Description

1972-73 O-Pee-Chee Guy Trottier #299 Ottawa Nationals The 1972-73 O-Pee-Chee Guy Trottier #299 card is another scarce high-number gem from the inaugural WHA subset tracker. Guy Trottier is shown as a star forward for the Ottawa Nationals, a team that played for only one memorable season before moving away. This extreme scarcity makes Ottawa Nationals items prized treasures for regional hockey historians and completionist collectors. The card reverse features the standard Canadian O-Pee-Chee bilingual back layout with complete career data in French and English. Looking at the , the card displays beautiful preservation across the face of the paper stock. The borders exhibit minimal chipping, and the factory cuts remain clean. The corners show minor signs of softening but keep their distinct squared shapes. Centering favors the top-right corner slightly, a very common production trait for this final series run. The gloss is healthy and the surface contains no hidden wrinkles or marks. A conservative Grade Estimate: EX 5
