1971 O-Pee-Chee The Partridge Family #54 Danny Bonaduce Rookie Bio Series 1

Description

1971 O-Pee-Chee The Partridge Family #54 Danny Bonaduce Rookie Bio Series 1 Discover a foundational character piece with this 1971 O-Pee-Chee The Partridge Family trading card featuring Danny Bonaduce. Card number 54 is titled On With the Show on the front, showing a stellar live performance frame of young Danny with his bass guitar. However, the true highlight is the reverse side, which features a rare non-puzzle biographical profile dedicated exclusively to Danny Bonaduce. The text panel highlights his early life, noting his birth in Pennsylvania in 1959 and his early career guest appearances on beloved sitcoms like Bewitched and Mayberry, R. F. D. Danny’s wisecracking, red-headed character Danny Partridge served as the comedic engine of the show, providing a perfect foil to David Cassidy’s leading-man persona. This Canadian O-Pee-Chee printing stands out as a premium variant due to the small production numbers distributed in the Canadian market. The front image displays great clarity and exceptional color reproduction of Danny on stage. The centering is shifted toward the left border. The corners are uniformly soft with minor rounding from historical handling. Edges show small amounts of minor chipping along the yellow perimeter. The back of the card is highly desirable because it features clean, readable typography that is free from any pen marks, heavy smudges, or the destructive gum stains that often plague old card backs.
